Two ways; from the inside and from the outside. From the inside - don't smoke, drink TONS of water and get a lot of sleep. And eat healthily. The answer to good skin (and reduced darkness/puffiness of the eyes) is quite mundane I'm afraid. Also a good multi-vitamin and evening primrose oil is good.
(If you can't cut down on alcohol, cigarettes, etc. then the way forward is DEFINITELY lots and lots of water, it really is a miracle worker).
Next to reduce puffiness you can try masks, cooling eye-pads, and cucumber slices. But these measures are temporary I'm afraid... Also there's make-up, get a good quality concealer, one's that will soak up light not reflect it, but make sure you use it in combination with a good foundation, because if you're just covering up your eyes you'll actually draw attention to them!

I agree with the other answers, drink lots of water, don't stay up late and use some cucumber. Also when putting your conceler on, go across the bottom of your eye and bring it down your nose also, like making a triangle shape, Which creates a lift effect and can minimise bags :) x

It is not that you need more sleep. It's most likely that you sleep to heavily on your pillow, which will cause the bags around the eyes. Try sleeping without it, I understand that it may be uncomfortable, but its the sacrifice you make for no bags.

Happy Sleeping!

Make sure you drink enough water each day - 2 litres as they are made worse y dehydration. Also gently massage the area gently regularly as this brings fresh nutrients and oxygen to the area.

If you want to hide them the best make-up out there is touch eclat by yves st laurent.

Also try not to use lots of different products on them, this can make them worse.

Use Preparation-H cream.

I know that it is for piles, but all the models use it for under eye bags as it tightens them up.

This is a fact, NOT a joke - honest!
