Many people in America are asking for a third political party to form and run as a viable alternative to our 2 party system . I say . . 'There's already a third party and it's within the ranks of the Democratic Party' . The extreme radical left has hijacked the Democratic Party, much like Radical Islam has hijacked the Muslim faith . And the CANCEROUS INFECTION HAS SPREAD, much like Al Queda !!! Miltants who are attempting to force crazy, looney, IDEOLOGY upon us all !!

You mean like the delusion of radical right wing Christianity that has hijacked the republican party.
Remember it is the radical right wing Christan extremists that committed domestic terrorist attacks in the 70's and 80's here in the US.
These nut jobs tried to justify it by saying that abortion clinics deserved to bombed, and the people that worked there deserved to get killed.
Just remember, it is the right wing that has historically always been the terrorists and they are also the ones trying to pin the blame for their own actions on other peoples perfectly legitimate legal actions.
Christan religious nuts are no different than Islamic religious nuts. They will both kill you if you stray too far outside their narrow minded viewpoint.
Edit - No the democrats and independents never changed position, it is the republicans that moved so far radical right that they can't even see the moderate independent view on the horizon let alone the democrats.
