How are we supposed to recognize people if they keep changing their identities?

And why do they do it? I don't mean George and her changing her "outfits", I mean actual name changes. I'm old, it confuses me. So why?

Yeah, I know what you mean. We could be treating them differently with their different names and all. Maybe they'll step forward and identify themselves.
