personally i would have chosen carmelo anthony.it was his debut and he gave a good solid performance

I only watched it til the end of the first half and I would've agreed with you from there, I thought that Carmelo Anthony had it... Then I looked in the newspaper and 'Melo only finished with 20 points and Kobe Bryant finished out with 31 points. So I believe that Kobe Bryant was the right choice for the MVP.

kobe deserved it. if he didn't played, the mvp should have gone to Amare Stoudemire or Shawn Marion before Carmelo Anthony.

kobe bryant deserved it and he got it, carmelo anthony did have an impressive night and so did dwight howard. But kobe bryant definitely had the best night

Who cares if it was his debut, if you are in an allstar game, you are held to the same high standards of the kobes and amares of the league. in this case, kobe was the best
