Write up a resume and be sure to include every aspect of your job experience. Write extensively about the types of meals you've prepared, your skills as a chef, your other duties, the level of responsibility you carried and supervision/management skills, dealing with customers, etc. Just make sure to fit it on one page. Send these out to resturants that you're interested in, and to ones that are hiring. Also, write that you're willing to take on more training and schooling as needed. Sometimes it's possible to collect tuition reimbursment.

you can do it if you really have a passion for it. my son does not have a degree in culinary arts but he has the passion for it since he was 16 years old. he started as a dishwasher, promoted to souse chef (correct my spelling please). now, he is the assistant
chef in one of the italian resto in aussie. goodluck.

yes you can. experience is very important in this industry but what is even more important is passion. if you have passion and desire to cook, create and work hard, you will have no problem getting a job even without education. good luck!
