Who says there isn't hardware installed for Bluetooth Wireless Technology?
According to page 3 of the following document, HP notebooks feature Class 3 Bluetooth Wireless Technology radio components, which enables transmission upto 10 metres.
By the way, you can't download hardware as an earlier responder advised. Hardware is specifically the components that make up a computer, or one of it's peripherals. You'd have a job of getting that download an internet connection.

That's odd. Even the HP website doesn't give you clear information about whether the laptop is supposed to have Bluetooth. I suppose that means it doesn't have Bluetooth. But how odd.

You can buy a USB blue tooth receiver to you can send things to and from your mobile phone they're about £20 get them from any good computer shop

go to the hewlett packard website or ask the shop where you bought it if there is hardware to buy for the laptop
