I have windows movie maker!
But im curious if there are any (possibly free) movie makers out there?

well Movie maker 1 dosent seem to have very much transitions..plus i was wanting the images to pan in & away from the screen i cant see how to on movie maker if at all!

I don't know what you expect in a movie maker. If you just want to cut a movie or convert it into a different format, get VirtualDub.
It also has some free filters to enhance or distort your video with special effects.
But if you want something like Movie Maker with transitions between cuts or Title creation, then there is currently no good free movie Maker available.
What troubles you with Windows Movie Maker, that you don't want to use it?
