Darth Vader is 1 of the greatest villains of all time and beats those other 2 hands down.
And don't forget his younger brother, Chad Vader. LMAO

How can u put Gollum on here Sauron was a bad *** til he kinda only became a big flaming eye, I would say Vader he massacred the Jedi has a bad *** Lightsaber, Also the chosen one and before he became half robot he had some bad *** skills with his LightSAber
