Not quite everything. The Sun; The Stars; The Moon; Planet Earth; Life; Human beings; Animals, Beauty and the Beast . None of these are rubbish the things that are rubbish; the rubbish that is created by man, from rotten governments to wars to society.
Look around you your just having a bad day to day...your allowed. We all have them now and again..

Do not be so down hearted look up from your darkness
and see the light in the tunnel
it might be dim at first but it will get lighter
until you see its a freight train
loaded with rubbish
squelch to late.
take stock of what is good in your life it is so easy to remember the bad and dwell,busy bees have no time for sorrow.
