is it still called sexual harrassement if he didnt need much force... its just the plain question he asks me?

i mean its not like he forced me with a knife or scared me into believing that i will fail his subject. he just went "go on tell me! just tell me!"

It sounds like a problem which may not yet qualify as sexual harassment - but is heading there.
First, you must approach him and tell him you are not comfortable talking about your personal life and interactions with him. Second, ask him to talk to you within the classroom, rather than at a social environment (like over coffee) He will understand that you are on to him and will probably stop.
If he doesnt, go to your school principal and talk to that person.

Yes. That would be sexual harassment. Before you tell your parents, get a _small_ tape recorder and get some recording of this jerk doing these things. After your folks hear the tape, they will do something about it.
If they don't, go to the principal of your school AND the police with that tape.

You should go to the police that is completely wrong and that teacher should be in jail away from children.

Yes, its harrassement. If you want your accusations to be taken serioualy, you should try to record him asking these questions, then go to your principal with the recording.

tell your parents and guidance counselor and/or principal...the man is a scuzzzzzz

EDIT: if you tell him to leave you alone and he doesn't than it's harassment...if you say nothing it's "inappropriate" (unless he does something beyond that, like try to touch you, he definitely doesn't need to be asking you out on dates)
