We are planning a trip to Florida (disney and all that) in early June and I'm wondering roughly how much spending money we might need. Thats not including a car or park tickets, just food and drinks etc. PS, we don't eat absolutely loads!

We've been to Orlando loads of times and we usually allow for £50.00 for each day we are there but we always come home with loads and buy lots of clothes etc when we are there.
Food and drink is really reasonable, especially outside Disney. The exchange rate is also really good at the moment $1.80 to the pound where as the first time we went it was $1.45 to the pound.
We're going in May and are taking £700.00 with us.
Another good tip is take most of your money in US dollar travellers cheques as all places (restaurants and shops) take travellers cheques as cash and give you the change in dollars. Just take a few dollar notes for road tolls etc.
Have a good time.

If you are not including the park tickets and transport then I reckon you would be fine with $70 to $100 per day which actually is loads so you will have some left over if you are not a big eater, you will have breakfast, lunch & dinner, some nights you might only got to McDonalds or burger king for dinner so it wouln't even cost that much, you should bring some seperate for shopping depending on what you want to buy but you would get loads for $300-$500 or maybe you don't want to shop

It really depends on what you are planning to do and how long you will be going.

For food: This can vary based on what and where you plan to eat. A counter-service meal runs about $10 per person for a fry and burger. Some places that are counter service have a few different things, but this is what you will find at most. Character meals are around $20 per person, depending on where you go and what meal. Table service meals really can range as well, you could eat for as little as $20 per person, but spend well over $100 a person as well. If you are staying onsite, I would recommend getting the dining plan. You can pay for your food in advance, save money and get nicer meals.

So for food, I would estimate around $60 per person, minimum, each day. This should give you a little extra. If you want to save some money, you could bring some snacks, or eat breakfast before you go, or bring something with you that you can eat. Pop-tarts, muffins, etc. are all good. Granola, cookies, etc. are good for snacks during the day.

Unless you are looking at alcoholic drinks, you only need about $10 for drinks each day. If you are staying onsite, you can buy one of the mugs, it is refillable at the resorts and is good for your whole stay.

Other than that, I think you probably know how much to bring for parks tickets and the car. If you are staying offsite, you will need $10, I believe, each day for parking.

Souvenirs will really depend on what you like and what you plan to buy. I've gone where I spent less than $100 on souvenirs, and on trips where I won't even mention how much I spent (usually when I went with my sister)

Well, other than that, I think this will be most of your costs. Food is the most expensive thing, but if you don't eat much, and/or don't really want to do a lot of fine dining, you should be able to get by with less.

Have a great time!

If you have pre-paid for the attractions £250 per person for a two week holiday but if you are planning on lots of clothes shopping this is extra and only you no how many jeans etc you want to bring back. If you have only pre-paid your Disney entrance then you need about £35 per person on any other entrance fees to parks and there are a lot of them.

My partney and I spent £1500 in total when we went on October but we bought loads of things for the house and some clothes too. Temptation is there all the time so I would just say save as much as you possibly can!!! Enjoy it, its gonna be the best hol u'll ever have.

It does depend where you are staying and your eating plans each day. If you are staying in a self-catering place you can go to the shop and stock up on cereal, eggs, milk, juice and water.

If you eat cheap take-out food like McDonalds, it will cost you about $5.00 per person.

Lunch in a restaurant will be about $15.00 per person.

Dinner could be $25.00 per person.

You can do the maths.
