yes edgar you need a license to preform breast exams on women.
i don't know about giving one to a guy thought. just kidding : )~

Yes, you do. You can't tell someone that their breast is free of lumps and only they can say if there has been any changes.

only if it is on your gal friends, breast exams are done by machines now (mamogram)
