also how do stereotypes and the mass media influence our perceptions of aging? I need some opinions of others, we all don't think alike due to race,culture,or/and religion........ feed back needed

when you don't like the music that your kids play; when you think the people on tv need to put on more clothes (usually the women on tv); when you're not sure you can stay up for the 11 o'clock news. most of the models in ads, no matter what media, are 30 years younger than me. the only time they use a more mature woman is for osteoporosis medication or denture adhesive or joint lubricant.
