Someone who is honest, has integrity, keeps his/her word, is polite to friends and strangers, they probably have a good balance between work and play - these are the first few I can think of off the top of my head.

this all a matter of opinion. Most people think they are nice but they can't see from the other persons perspective. If you feel most of the time you are taken advantage of and go out of your way to help others while neglecting your own happyness, you are probably nice.

i go with marveliss; someone who is honest, yes, this is

a very nice quality; And going further, i would say there are lots

and lots of such people, all over. Even the millions who try

their damn-ness not-to-lie, must be very close to Nice

also.
