I really don't care what any one thinks about the kiddy harness I put on my child. It's for his safety and that's my concern

My mom used one on my brother. He kept running off! At first it was the wrist kind, but he figured that one out. Then she moved to the harness type. It's a way to keep a better handle on your kids in public, and keeps them from getting lost or kidnapped.

And she tried putting him in the buggy and strapping him in. He got out of that, too.

Little Miss Raindrop would come out of that thing in less than 20 seconds...I think her mom lied and her dad really is Houdini......

I did that when my kids were little.
If they are not careful I might do it again, that would look funny some half grown kids on a leash

It's sickening.
If you can't keep up with your own kid, you need to make sure you have someone with you who can. And if you have several kids that you cant keep up with, then you need to stop having kids!!!
I always have one of my kid's hands in mine, and they get scared as hell if they can't see me. And that's the way it's supposed to be. Why treat your baby like a dog??? Granted, the way some owners treat their dogs is much better than the way some parents are. But dogs are animals, they NEED to be restrained. Kids need their freedom, or they need parental structure and discipline.

;o)
