What is your pet peeve?
I can't stand bend up forks... I know it's petty, so I just fix it myself. Or steal my kid's fork instead. lol

my pet peeve is when the waiter doesn't give me a straw or extra napkins and doesn't come over to my table to see if I need anything for almost the whole time I'm there. Then of course that's when I figure out how much I'm going to tip him/her.

I hate having a useless server. Just the other day I went to this new place and the server took over 15 mins to bring us our drink and then didn't even look to see if we needed a refill. Then when he brought the check he just put it down and walked away w/o giving me a refill.

I can't stand it when the waiter/waitress asks me what my kids want to eat. I even had one woman take mine and hubbys order and then say "what do you think those ones will have?" (referring to my children). I couldn't resist...I sneered back "why don't you ask those ones?" Just because my kids look young, it doesn't mean they can't place their own order, even my 3 yo can say, "I would like a hamburger and applesauce, please." If I think the waiter/waitress didn't understand, then I would translate for them, but it's still their own order, I'm just relaying it in adultese.

I always order a side of honey mustard to dip my fries in and they NEVER bring it. Doesn't matter what restaurant. Irks me.
Oh yeah, I just thought of something else. Servers that don't write down your order, then when your food comes....you guessed it, it's all f**ked up.

I hate it when the waiter/waitress doesn't keep up with our drinks. Sucking on ice to wash food down is the pits.

What I hate the most, even though it's really stupid... I hate water spots on any silverware, or any glass. It just makes it look dirty, even though it's just water. But I hate to use it if I see that. Ugh
