What is the test of courage?
Courage is the ability to face a common or a personal fear,in order to become a better person, or impress some people,it is all up to you. If we think of courage in terms of diying or living, then it will become a little different.
Many cultures, many religions claim life after death, they describe it either as heaven or hell,2 extremes. Others can have a different view, they think there is no hell or heaven, and that there will be a different type of existence in another dimension.I kinda like the second possibility because it is more credible and somewhat logical, but it doesnt make it 100percent right. Why? because we dont know.We have no proof.Trusting a religion completely til going to death, trusting a principle that you have been thaught that lead to the end of your life is a complete disaster. For WHO?for you only, for your soul, because nobody cares really. Thus, if we think that diying is a proof of courage,it is completely wrong. You know that for sure after dying you cant go back in your body,so it is done.I believe that each one of us came to this earth to learn something, and we should respect the fact that death has to come on its own,not to make it by our hands. If you die then who knows how many things you wont be able to learn and to complete,to be that soul you are meant to be.Dont trust just anyone who says something, you are your own master, live with it.

First, the way you have expressed it, one cannot answer this question with yes or no :).

Then, it surely depends on the situation. If I have to chose between me dying, or having someone important to me dying and me surviving, then of course to die for them would mean to be courageous. If I have committed something terrible and I'm thinking about taking away my life, living and facing the consequences of my action would be the brave thing to do.
Generally speaking, doing what one (honestly!) considers as the right thing requires a proof of courage more often than doing the daring thing. And certainly when it comes to such an important matter as life vs death. And definitely considering that dying is one thing we'll do anyway, eventually.

Courage is knowing who you are and what you believe in! We all die but the way we live is more important.

hmmm. the situation would be significant. in case you have been to come back to a determination to die for a particular purpose, tho' no longer understanding your answer would artwork, which would be brave. As guy or woman who's acquainted with suicide, confident the death blow hurts, even though that's the shortcoming of existence that's the greater painful. to describe, looking your physique and/or strategies worsen daily. At any cost, discomfort tolerance is not any form of bravery.
