I like Isaiah, Amari, Omari,Mehki, names along those lines-i normally go for a nice meaning too, my daughters name means life, her middle name means princess, but my partner isnt too keen on what ive come up with, he hasnt really came up wth anything himself.I have spent hours looking on the internet but need inspiration from other people, maybe names you like, people you know.My baby has to be registered soon so i need to find something quick. Thanks

I lived in Ivory Coast for some time, so I am able to give you some genuine African names...unfortunately I don't know the meaning:

Ndubisi (pronounce endoobeesee)
Osman
Mbombo
Saleem (Sah-leem)
Rami (Rah-mee)
Dudu (I wouldn't pick this one ;)
Messa
Mbutu
Amadou

Personally, I think Saleem sounds great. It is a name of a Tanzanian guy I knew (Swahili), just looked it up, and it means peaceful.

Be original...come up with an anagram of both your hubbies and your names put together....make a new name out of it or even two names.........my daughter named all her children so that their first letters in their christian name..spelt her name when all are put together............all stay healthy and happy....
