Teel me more about partenership in bussiness.?
i am just graduate student want go in bussiness i am not going to invest anything but giving complete technical knowledge to him tell me term and condition

1st you have 3 different type of partnerships and if you don't know anything about them, your best bet would be to go back to college and take a business management course so as to protect yourself.
2nd, in most partnerships there have to be investments on both sides or there won't be enough capital/financing to start the business. Even technical knowledge isn't enough.
3rd, WHEN you go back to college, partnerships should be a complete and separate course that will tell you alot more about them.

it really depends on how the partnership agreement is written up
