After they realized that they never acctually got divorced, they decided that they worked better together when divorced and then decided to get an offical divorce. I don't remember if they ever got remarried again, though.

They never divorced. Apparantly, Ted handled the divorce and well...he gave Dr.Cox his own divorce papers and had signed Dr. Cox's divorce papers..so legally they were never divorced.

i think so coz he found out that the child was his, and he refers to her as his wife so i think so.
