My husband and I lived most of the year alst year togather married we split on december 22,2006.I have filed a sepreate tax return in order to find out if he has filed a return with but names on it,I really would liek to find out not if he has filed his return and file a joint return with my name listed and if he has then hes had some1 sign my name on the return and i want something done about it now.Or need to find out what can be done be cause if he has its been done with out my perrission wiht out my knowledge and feel like something should be done about this.This is a real concern for me

IRS will provide you with a copy of any tax forms have been filed with your name included.

you don't need to be concerned on how he filed; you just need to be concerned with how you filed. If you were still married on December 31, 2006; you should have filed Married, filing seperately.....
