No, I don't think that makes you gay. Maybe you were both just curious about kissing and you were the only two around so you tried it? Lots of girls kiss each other, but they're not gay either.
What would make you gay would be if you still want to kiss and date guys. If your interested in girls, you're not gay.

No. What makes you gay is falling in love with guys or having crushes on them. Fantasizing about them and having intimate relations (sex) with them. A kiss is just a kiss, it's what was behind (the emotion of) that kiss that matters.
