YES it can, I used this method with all 4 pregnancies. The kit i bought lists disturbbances that can alter your temperature. Some of these include:medications, sleep disturbances, sexualy activity, alcohol, colds, flu,sore throat, fever, toothache, vomitting, diarrhea, anxiety,sunburn,electric blanket, and travelling.
just be sure to make note of any of these.

Hell no. Your testicles are constantly producing sperm at a rate way more then you technically need. The average male makes 100 million sperm a day! This temperature increase will only affect sperm production at that time but if kept cool and you take care of them there will be no problem at all.

YES!! Many medications will raise your basal temp and even alcohol, etc. Some cold meds will speed you up a bit and therefore raise your basal temp, etc. I'm guessing you might be trying to get pg, if so, keep consistent records to look for patterns. Good luck.
