- Does anyone know the design agency who did the original GAP branding? Or any other agencies along the way which have helped?
- What are your thoughts and feelings of how the brand currently looks?
- What would you consider to be the main competition to GAP?

The brand has lost its way. The clothes are endurable, yet boring. Dreadfully broing.
However, Banana Republic still gets some attention.
The stores looks so 90's (in the UK and in the USA).
The main competition would be Zara (and other inditex brands such as Pull & bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti...), H&M and Mexx (the stores i know)

They used to provide simple, good quality clothes and were quite expensive. You'd pay the price though because they'd last for ages. They had a few, strong styles per season and always did jeans that were supposed to fit giraffes.

Now their clothes are much poorer quality but they charge the same price, they have a high turnover of styles, but the jeans now are made for people with normal length legs.
