There is a guy i work with that is so good looking and he has such a nice personality, i keep dropping hints that i like him but he dosen't respond or take the hint. i want to know if he feels the same but am afraid to ask.

Work up the courage and ask him out.
Gone are the days, when a guy needs to ask a girl. Worst case scenario, he says "no"...and then it just means your one step closer to finding someone else. good luck.

There are two sides to this question.
Side 1: He works at the same place you do. If things don't work out, it could be very embarassing or annoying for you... every single day. If you work in a large place (a big store, somewhere with tons of employees) this could be less of a problem.
Side 2: Dropping hints doesn't always work. If you really want to jump in, just be up front about your interest. Ask him out to coffee, or ask him out to a movie with other friends along. Then you can see if he really likes you, but if he doesn't, you can just say, that you were just going out with a bunch of friends, and nobody has to be embarassed or feel like they are put on the spot. Find a new guy Elisa...that one's a dud. If he doesnt take the hints that you're putting out there, then he probably isn't paying much attention to you. You need a man that will respond to you and focus on your hints. This guy will probably not be attentive to you, in bed or anywhere else.

If you ever do get around to talking to her don't ever mention the FB thing and if she asks you about it tell her that only a weirdo would do something like that,then just go off on some other tangent thats totally off the wall and that should end that.

i well tell u this just once MEN DONT MISS HINTS AT ALL they even understand normal things as hints so the best thing to do is talk to him if he likes you very good but if he is not JUST MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE there is a lot of good looking men some where else i hope you do as i say

Some thing like this is with me
when ever someone has flirted with her she had hated him
but when i drop hints she does not responds (i dont know why but i think she knows that i have intrest in her)

Stop hinting and get to the point before you loose your chance. Write him a note and put it with a candy bar or somthing not too personal.

Different people like different things. Maybe you just aren't what he is looking for in a companion...and he probably is not looking for a stalker.
