Hi there. I hope you are using a reliable test. The good ones can tell you an answer up to 4 days before your period is due. They are also as good as the ones the doctor performs so if the tests are neg then it's highly likely that you are not preg. You say you came off the pill 3 months ago so your periods have most probably not stabilized yet it can take months for your periods to get back to normal this may explain the brown discharge which is usually old blood. I would give it at least another week, try to forget about it and then do another test you are more likely to get a more accurate result. I was like you trying to get preg with my 4th, just relax it will happen sooner or later, also getting worked up over whether you are pregnant or not could delay your period so as I said just relax and good luck.

Hi .. the same thing is happening to me. I am on day 32 of my cycle.. I have had 5 negative tests now.. but usually I am like clockwork with my periods... plus we have been trying to conceive so I am sure that these tests are wrong... I have taken the first response test days before my period .. the day of my period.. and the days following my period.. and still nothing. I have read that it is possible to have a false negative and then test postive with a blood test.

Yes, it's probably still too early. Wait a few days and test again or go to the dr and ask for a pregnancy test (blood).

My spouse lately discovered out that she is pregnant yet she became no longer positive if she ought to trust the try because it turned right into a lighter shade for the outcomes. After reading it out on-line and asking round anybody advised us that no count number how faint the line is that it really is a favorable try. My idea is that you would have had a lot less of the hormone the second one time you obtain the try. there's a particular hormone that makes a favorable try.

You get the best results on a pregnancy test, if you wait until your period is due or it's late. So just wait a few more days and test again. Good Luck!

With the over the counter tests I don't think they read right until after you've missed your period, so it may be too early to tell. If you want definitives, go have a blood test.

Gosh how to answer this, to be honest, you probably are not pregnant. The tests are VERY reliable, they are detecting HCG in your urine and can detect even trace amounts so that fact that you had so many negs means you probably aren't. At 20, why are you trying to get pg? Are you married? Be careful - it's tough and one attempt, sometimes people take years!
