Lore vs. The Terminator?

Question

Data is invincible to projectile weapons as seen in First Contact when he is reapeatedly shot with a machine gun at close range
so Lore would have the same capabilities

and the terminator is vunerable to energy weapons as seen in T3 when T-X blasts him through a building

both are capable of learning , both are incredibly strong

The terminator is an efficient killing machine killing anything that gets in his way with no concern for subtlety or getting away, where as Lore is just as efficient, he could perfectly time "accidents" or use renegade borg drones, or use the killer snowflake again , or if he has to kill someone himself and gets caught, he could just pin the blame on Data.
Lore's biggest dissapointment is that he wasn't able to kill Wesley before Data kicked his ***, where as the Terminator would have killed the little snot on the bridge in front of Picard and Riker to the bridge crew's applause

Definitely the Terminator. Unlike Lore, he doesn't have an off switch. He's a relentless, unyielding killing machine.

Terminator for sure! it is the most indestructible and I love how it looks too! He can form any weapon and be any person!!! Awesome for sure!!
