I injured my back playing football last week, think it's to do with not stretching/warming up properly

do simple bend and touch your toes

do butterflys- put your heels together and try to push your knees to the floor

simple situps

lay flat on your back and bring your knees to your chin then extend your legs at an angle up into the air
