Difficult to advise you without knowing what you're on about.

In England & Wales if you're injured whilst a child, then effectively you have until your 21st birthday to issue the claim at court. This is because the limitation period is three years, but the clock doesn't start until you turn 18. Your solicitors can write letters for years if they like, but their deadline is the 21st birthday to get something started at court.

If you're frustrated with the amount of time a personal injury claim is taking then you should know a couple of years is nothing unusual and complicated or large claims can take much longer.

Minor claim for what? Where do you live? Scottish and English laws are different. Depending on what its for and amount you don't need a solicitor. More info required.

Not sure about a solicitor, but companys specialise in minor cases, you can usually find them advertising on the tv,even in the street. I'm sure i heard someone saying 'have you had an injury in the last 5 years'!.
