aquabid.com if your willing to ship them or you can say pick up only. It's free to sell there. If you make $30.00 or more they ask for (i think) a 3% donation.
Ebay does allow fish sales, or at least this guy gets away with it. Look! http://stores.ebay.com/Las-Vegas-Tropical-and-Koi-Fish

Donate them back to a local fish store (not a chain store, they will not take them). This is your best option. Most mom & pop stores will never refuse fish, but they will be unlikely to give you any store credit for fish that breed like rabbits.
Craigslist.com is also a great place.
Ebay does not allow live animals to be bought & sold. That's why there are no fish listings on the site and that's why aquabid.com exists.
If you're not selling fish regularly, I'd avoid aquabid.com. You probably don't have the experience or supplies to prepare the fish for transport properly so that they'll arrive alive. That & guppies are so cheap, nobody would want to pay $30-50 shipping to get fish worth $5...

once I owned my puppy keep for over 30 years, the only reason we saved those bowls replaced into simply by state trustworthy. as quickly as we bought fish from our keep it replaced into achieved properly setting up the aquarium. cycling it, and giving superb education for the main suitable obtainable consequences. regrettably, as quickly as a 12 months the state trustworthy had a pastime the place human beings ought to win a goldfish ( and a few college carnivals nevertheless try this). mothers and fathers might come streaming in needing some thing inexpensive to maintain this fish!! It replaced into maddening. yet, it replaced into extra desirable than a jar at abode.

unfortunately guppies are so easily bred that any fish store is unlikely to give you much for them, if anything. you may be able to give them to a store for store credit though, which comes in handy when you need new fish food or bits of equipment.
they would have to be pretty unusual and well bred guppies to be worth anything.
