Actually if you were to operate a lab on conservative priniples it would mean that you do things in the proven scientifically sound methods. If you were to run a lab on liberal methods you'd probably just start handing drugs out at random and maybe get around to asking people how they worked. What? That makes no sense? Well, neither does your ridiculous question. It's too bad you don't try as hard at doing something useful as you do at coming up with moronic questions.
