Why are liberals so opposed to American Freedom?

If by " American Freedom" you mean the loss of habeas corpus, privacy, the separation of church and state, freedom from torture, and the unchecked grasp of executive power under the Bush Administration, they do it to preserve liberty. And what is the " Demorcat " party?
We are striving to end American Freedom if it means entering into wars of choice. So the real question is why are supporters of President Bush so in love with fascism and turning the US into a police state?

First of all you don't know how to spell, it is the Democratic Party. And second, if you had done any reading, you might discover that the current administration, (Republican for your information), has been the one pushing to eliminate the freedoms of Americans.

Today, my assignment is to count how many bashing questions against Democrats versus how many bashing questions against Republicans. I wonder who's going to win...er, lose.
What does being a Democrat have to do with being against American Freedom, pray tell.
On the first two pages of questions....the count is 10 bashing questions from Republicans and 5 bashing questions from Democrats.

It's not either party. It's a strong centralized government (we call it "Big Brother" or "Uncle Sam") that is stripping us of some of our basic freedoms and inflicting it's control on us. Federal control goes up, as states rights go down.

As it stands, your question is not really answerable, except to say that each party endorses some freedoms and is against others.

i would like to know specific points that this is the case (even your own opinion, even though i find it hard that anybody can make that up) why dont you stop learning about politics here on Yahoo! Answers and pick up a newspaper and read a book!

Because liberals are friggin ridiculous they're kind of like a bad lawyer they will take all your money and you will get nothing in return. Just look at the states these people come from and look how screwed up that state is. Good example : California, Massachusetts Maine, Vermont, there is plenty more.
