Depends on the shade, but a clear blue would smell clean and fresh with a bit of tang to it.

for some reasons when i hear blue,i think of the smell of blueberries.
blue makes me feel deep and like i'm floating in a see of royal blue flowers.

something subtle, and clean smelling, which i dont think makes sense. kinda like the fresh crips smell when theres tons or new, white snow.
