i don't think that you can find the answer in your dreams because my personal opinion is that dreams is just a result of whatever it is that we are thinking and then we try to rationalize and give meaning to whatever it is that we dream of.

In Freud's vision, the dream is the expression or even the fulfillment of a frustrated wish. For Jung, the dream is the symbolical and spontaneous self-representation of the present situation of the subconscious mind. For J.Sutter, the dream is a psychological phenomenon created in sleep, being made up of a series of images, whose unrolling appears as a more or less uninterrupted drama. In other words, the dream isn't under the subject's will and responsibility, any more, as the nocturnal dramaturgy is spontaneous and uncontrolled. That's why, the subject is living his dreamt drama as if it really existed beyond his imagination.
I think that you've dreamed your classmate becouse you saw her that day or mabye you thought about her before falling asleep...
But if you want an interpretation of your dream:
To dream of a death often signifies news of a birth. The coins: If the coins were counterfeit, the dream foretells a minor illness; otherwise it is a fortunate omen of unexpected gain. However, this is, in a way, a peculiar dream in that the smaller or less valuable the coins are in the dream, the greater will be your gain.

Sometimes deams have a meaning but most of the time its just your imagination. Really it depends on how you feel about the person and if it is negative maybe you should ask other people than the ones on yahoo answers.

We usually dream about things that are on our minds. However, dreams do not mean anything. They don't predict the future. They are not necessarily a good representation of the past.

sounds to me like maybe you're hunting to find a connection that isn't there (those gold dollar coins were not very well received here in the states, were they?)

my own interpretation is that you and your friend will never be friends again and you were trying to ask for reasons why your friendship did not work. you will find the answer from her and she's the one who can tell you why she doesn't want to be your friend anymore.
