Thanks for giving us that link! I am happy about that and not surprised!
Congress is weakening our country's morale with this non-binding resolution. Reagan made us feel good about being Americans...Congress want us to be ashamed.

Get actual The Democrats have purely controlled congress considering that January (6 months). The low congressional scores are a effect of activities (or inactivities) from 14 years of management (or lack thereof) from the different area of the aisle. The low scores in each and every government branch are all GOP pushed.

Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain) once said:

There are liars, damned liars, and statisticians.

If you read the polls, you will notice the way that polls were selected for thei conservative bent. Different polls were used to come to related conclusions.

The Bush apporval rating is based on a larger set of (sometimes) different polls than the congressional rating.

If you survey 50% of the people on the face of the earth, 100% of them will say the sun isn't shining, if you confine your survey to the side facing away from the sun.

I think some conservatives are similarly in the dark.

They have done nothing to end the war so far and thats what the people wanted .
In this world you place an order on line and then in a week it is delivered to your door .
Well congress has had several weeks now and nothing has changed .
We are impatient an want fast results now .
This means pull the troops out now not in a year or six months but now .
Congress just does not get this and has dropped the ball .

NONSENSE!

Speaker Pelosi's popularity has surged since the election
By Jonathan E. Kaplan

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is not as popular as former Speaker Thomas "Tip" O'Neill (D-Mass.), who retired with approval ratings in the 60th percentile and appeared in advertisements for American Express. But she is holding her own.

Pelosi's favorable rating has jumped 10 points since October. Her unfavorable rating has held steady at 25 percent and her name recognition has jumped by 18 points, according to an NBC-Wall Street Journal poll taken in January.
