i used my hard disk for 2 year and the it stop and ask to be format so can i know what is the problom?

you have probley been fobbed off or your discs you bought are cheap just save up and buy a memory stick it is worth it because it wont do that as well as it will store more work on to it

I think it's a virus.
and formatting mean erasing all data. so you either format it, or try going to an expert.

sometimes they just get overheated. Clean the fan and whole inside of the cpu
