Well going on experience 3 send all their phones courier express but i am not sure about the rest of the mobile phone operators. Best thing to do is to ring up the operators and see what they say.If they want your business then they should sent it courier.

I purchased mine from T-Mobile. I had to sign for it from a courier ... the Royal Mail delivered it at a different time to the main post.

Usually a courier such as City Link or Parcel Force rather than regular mail as they generally provide better tracking and insurance services. Although your new phone may be "free" to you it is still classed as a high value item. Any accessories that you ordered with your phone (case, spare battery, data cable etc) may be delivered by regular post separately.

O2 use DHL (I am waiting for a phone from them today!), and 3 use Parcelline (at least they did 9 months ago when my husband got a phone from them).

Not sure about the others but I'm sure they would send by courier as it would definitely work out much cheaper for them than sending by Royal Mail.

Usually courier,orange do this. When they come they take your old phone,you usually keep the battery to go into your new one.

Courier...UPS or Fedex. If you are ordering a phone just ask the rep how it will be shipped.

Couriers. think it depends on which network you sign up with, on who actually delivers them. (theres that many nowadays) but don`t be harrassing your postie, he defo won`t have it.
