Not being able to fly the English flag in England.....some people believe this is racist and even during the World Cup people were not allowed to fly flags in support of their country.

Mum is a teacher, she was told it is not called a Christmas tree but a festive tree, and she isn't allowed to call it a white/black board but a writing board. If you ask the minority kids she teaches what a festive tree is they'll call it Christmas tree. The bigwigs are the ones who are creating this PC tension.

Where I work, I have a lot of Filipinos and Blacks and some are so highly in tune to being offended, words like "flippant" and "niggardly" drive them berserk.
I even had to get a dictionary to prove to my boss I was not insulting them in the way they thought and that I deserved the apology

Racism and discrimination.
If you avoid being racist you discriminate and vice versa - the best advice I got was ask people their preferences rather than assume - of course your discriminating then for singling people out.
Why can't we all just be human beings?

I have a lot of people telling me not to condemn non-Caucasians, since they argue it's racist, but .at the same time they invite me to condemn the Caucasians instead, tu quoque style. As if THAT is not racist!!

there are so many, but one comes to mind, where i live (brighton uk) the christmas lights in town where not to be known as fairy lights in-case it upset the gay population !
