there are a couple of thing you can try. the first one I suggest is; Go to your start button, then all programs, acccessories, system tools, then click disk clean up. Some times your cd will not detect your cds' when it needs to be cleaned out (dusted). there are cds' that you can by to clean your cd player. Get one and clean out your cd player that way or Open take a duster or paper towel and wipe it and the cd you are going to put in. Another thing that can cause your cd ( any thing about your computer to not work properly) is it getting to hot ( being used too much). Shut your computer off properly; either restart or shut down and let rest for a few minutes ( not too long though).

buy a original cd then play.
if you have the original cd and the problem continue
