Not in washington state,I believe it is the only state where it is legal to have sex with animals.Case in point, about a year ago,a man died from injuries to his colon because he and a friend went out to a farm to have sex with a horse.Apparently the horse got out of control and the friend couldnt hold the horse back.So his buddy took him to the hospital and left.It is stated that as long as the animal is not being hurt or in discomfort it is legal.I knew I didnt like that state for some reason.

It depends on the laws where you live. Where I live (British Columbia, Canada), the kinds of animals you can have and breed are regulated by municipal bylaws. If it's a conservation or exotic animal issue, it's usually a federal matter. So if you want to import a certain animal, the federal government would regulate that, and if you want to raise emus, you'd need to see what your city says about it.

I moved here from a city where the bylaws stated that you could not own domestic rabbits. Guinea pigs, but not rabbits. One of the main reasons why we moved (I had two bunnies and was shocked when bylaw officers showed up to give me a ticket).
