But it also depends on what kind of contract you're talking about. In a real estate contract for example the contract would be considered voidable, not void.

I agree with Paul B. If the legal age is 17 in your state, Annie's contract should be legal and binding. If it's 18 then (D) the contract is null and void without a parent's signature. She'd be too young to enter into a legal, binding contract without parental consent. Need more information to adequately answer that question.

While "D" seems like the most reasonable answer you have not informed us what is the Legal Age in which to enter into a contract in her state!

She may be old enough!

Then too - you did not offer the answer that the "contract" may have been "illegal" either!
