from Amex Travel Related Services to American Express Centurion Bank and/or a new Bank that they have set up. Amex Customer Service tried to tell me that all the Credit Card Accounts were moved and a large fine print brochure of new Regulations was sent to all customers.
The excuse is that they want to get into the Mortgage Business..
What do you think of Amex doing this without first asking their long term customers?
I assume that it isn't illegal - but it is poor Customer Relations - Do you agree?
Do you think that Amex is up to some Financial Moves that are less than "Straight Arrow."?

Yes, I think that is total BS, but that is just the way of the World today. Corporations make the rules and we just kind of have to sit back and take it. The corporations have so much more pull in society that you or I and it is sad.
