You seem to be over reacting.
All of us get them through normal living. At 13 you should have a fairly taut skin, with few wrinles, but facial ones can and do form.
Yours are probably not very deep, but if they are you might consult a dermatologist for advice.
Wrinkles tend to be formed by muscle action that causes the skin to move in a certain direction, repeatedly. If you look at a baby's hand it will be almost wrinkle-free, but will usually have some faint ones, as the hand was moving and clenching before birth. A year later they will be more defined.
The skin on your forehead will move up and down as you open your eyes wider when looking upwards. Not a bad thing to do, it shows you are observant.
If you frown or squint your eyes lot, the lines form differently, as this pulls the skin downwards, and causes a slightly different wrinkiling effect, mostly above the nose.
Happy people can get small wrinkles in the forehead. That is because, if you have a true smile, it will involve your eyes, and even more so when deep emotion is involved, so you get a crinkling along the side of each eye, and your eyes will open wider, causing a small uplifting skin movement on the forehead, as well.
Smile, crinkle, and enjoy life.

If you are worried about Wrinkles at the age of 13.. I would HATE to see how you react when you turn 45yr old! Please... Just sit back and relax!
