i think there is no definite international or in your case a federal law that defines proper norms of conduct involving clones yet.

it is common that only natural born citizens can be allowed to run for a public office. therefore, a george bush's artificial clone, even if he has the intelligence and qualities of the real george, would be disqualified to run for an office.

however, a natural clone just like if president bush had an identical twin, could be allowed to run. provided that the twin should run as a new candidate and not as a reelectionist.

i'd vote for a clone bush and so would most of the people.
cnn and other liberal can ridicule him all they want but 10 -20 years from now he will go in the history books as one of the best president this country ever had.
just like reagan.
