Can going on to university straight after school be considered continuing secondary education or would it be classed as 'further' or 'higher' education and not the same thing?

Seconday Education ends when you are 16.
Further Education is 16 - 18.
Higher Education is 18+ (University)

As far as I am concerned in the UK secondary education ends in year 11 (age 16). If you continue in 6th form or college for another 2 years then it's classed as further education. Once that is completed (A levels or equivalent) then you can go on to university. I doubt a university would be accepting of anyone under the age of 18 with the relevant A levels or equivalent.
So, secondary education ends after GCSE's have been completed and awarded. University is not included in this.

Secondary education finishes after secondary school, any further education is just that (or higher education).

Secondary education ends when you leave secondary school. If you continue your education then you advance to higher education.
