small red bump(pimple ) in left breast?

i have had a small red bump that looks like a zit on my lower left breast. i have been putting acne cream, rubbing alcohol but that is just making it itch and turn more red. it is not getting bigger just not going away and going on three weeks. what should i do?

It could be a cherry angioma.

That could be a third nipple. It's probably not though. You could try rubbing savlon on it.
