How about the family of man? Over 6 billion and counting. Seriously, I think mine ranks right up there--my great-great grandfather had 17 kids, and they all bred like rabbits. Two of the original kids are still alive, and we usually have about 300 people at reunions.

Brigham Young was credited with 57 children, and he only had 27 wives. Think of the oil sheeks that have hundreds. I hope your definition of family is very loose, no pun intended.
