maybe u should try to sleep in a recliner it must be something do to laying down if it only happens at nite time or add a few more pillows to support u up more at nite are u sure its contractions maybe the baby is just more active at nite try laying on your side and rub and pat your tummy lightly maybe that will easy it as for the nasal drip could be change of climate depending on where u live the body can do funny things when pregnant maybe none of this will be helpful to u but just try and relax as much as possible good luck

Nasal congestion is very normal in pregnancy. Try an over the counter saline spray a couple of times a day, this should help greatly. As for the contractions, if the doc gave you something and it's not working, call him back and let him know. Now is the time that you should be getting as much rest as you can, in preparation for the work of labor and delivery and for the fact that once the baby comes you may not see sleep for a while. But almost all pregnant women have trouble sleeping the last month or two, for various reasons.

You're not alone I had these issues with my last pregnancy. There really ins't a whole lot that can be done. I wouldn't say that people don't believe you it's more that they don't know how to support you.

You're in that horribly uncomfortable phase of being 8-9 months pregnant and your baby can come at any time now. If you can afford to do so I would suggest going on maternity leave early to concerve your strength for labor and delievery.

Hang in there the aches, pains and nasal congestion are all hallmarks of a perfectly normal pregnancy. And believe me all this will be forgotten the instant you see that little person growing inside you.

Good Luck.

The nasal congestion is completely normal and will go away after you have the baby. Try putting a humidifier in your room at night. I had it during the first half of both pregnancies and my sis had it during the whole thing. Try taking some tylenol before bed one night and see if that may help. Check with your doc to make sure you are allowed to take it though. In most cases tylenol is fine. Tell your husband until he decides to get pregnant, to be quiet. Pregnancy can be hard, but you're almost done. Keep up the good work!!

Both the nasal congestion and the contractions are very common for your stage of pregnancy. The contractions you are feeling are Braxton Hicks contractions, a kind of "practice contraction"....I was just the opposite from you with my third child...I had them all day, and then they went away at night. Simple tylenol might help with the pain of the contractions.

You are only a couple of weeks away from being full term (37 weeks), so hang in there!

properly i might want to might want to say that you're then 3 -4 weeks pregnant. And sure, at 2 weeks pregnant, you at the on the spot are not fairly pregnant. the newborn is continually 2 weeks at the back of. So i'm 28 weeks pregnant, and my infant is 26 weeks gestation. you could bypass see the physician. With this infant, I went at 4 weeks, 3 days. All they did replaced right into a urine attempt to substantiate the being pregnant, gave me fairly some interpreting and paper artwork for my habitual blood artwork. they did not do the pap because I had already had one finished some days previous. you would possibly want to attend until eventually eventually you're 6 weeks yet %. up some prenatal supplementations as we talk. those are necessary and your physician will ask you if you're taking them. Congrats!
