Where do I find a "Book Binder", for book repair?

Ask you local library where they send their books.
If you live in a big enough town, there should be one in the yellow pages.

Ask your local library who they use or look in the yellow pages under Books. Any larger printer doing Web Offset work can probably do it for you.
