It is played on a board with only two holes.one on either end of table.two players play at a time with a rubber stamp seal like object striking the coin to pot in the hole near the opponent.

That is called air hockey. There is a fan under the table that blows air up through microscopic holes in the table. This causes the puck and handles to act with very little friction. The puck slowly drifts aroud the table if no one touches it.
